A career built on people
Dr. Thelá Thatch, PHR, SHRM-CP, has spent more than 20 years helping organizations from Fortune 500 companies to small nonprofits build workplaces where people thrive.
Her work spans HR operations, benefits, public policy and justice, equity, diversity and inclusion. As a FUSE Corps executive fellow she partnered with Los Angeles County to strengthen workforce systems, and today she leads Thelá Thatch Consulting and the MRS HR Unlocked platform.
She is also the author of The Diversity Dilemma and a sought after speaker known for making HR practical, human and a little bit fiery.
